Sand Dollar Boat Tours | Marco Island & Naples
The water around Marco and Naples doesn’t ask much of you. Show up, and the islands do the rest. Sand Dollar runs both sides of the bay for families, groups, and celebrations. Four private marinas with restrooms and showers. A tiki for 26 with a stand-up bathroom on board.
From Goodland, on Marco’s eastern tip, the boats head into the Ten Thousand Islands. Shelling on Kice and Dickman’s runs year-round. Shell Island opens September 1st and closes March 1st, which makes winter the right time to plan a visit. The Island Hopper carries up to 19, so multigenerational groups stay on one boat. Dolphins follow the wake through the mangroves more often than not.
From the Naples marina, Keewaydin Island is fifteen minutes away. Eight miles of boat-access-only Gulf beach, the kind of shelling that earns the reputation. Port Royal sunset cruises run from the same dock, drifting past waterfront most people only see from the road.
The Naples tiki holds 26 and is built for bachelorette weekends, birthday charters, and family reunions. The route runs through the inland canals, past Port Royal, and out to the Gulf for sunset. Or it anchors off a quiet beach for the afternoon. Bring your own drinks. Bring a playlist. The captain reads the day.
Private charters available at both marinas. The Naples Bay Water Shuttle is a separate thing worth knowing about: $20 for a hop-on hop-off route through seven Naples bars and restaurants, on the water, on your schedule.
Twenty-six departures a day across both locations.
