Marco Island Eco Tours
Enjoy Marco Island dolphin eco-tours let you pilot a two-seater CraigCat boat through the scenic backwaters of Southwest Florida. These 2½-hour guided trips depart from Goodland and explore the hidden creeks and bays of the Ten Thousand Islands. You’ll follow a local guide by walkie-talkie while spotting dolphins, osprey, herons and more. A stop on a barrier island gives you time to shell, stroll or relax.
Marco Island Eco Tours has been offering Marco Island dolphin tours since 2017. Owner Tony Isse brings 30 years of boating expertise, and every guide is trained in safety, CPR and first aid. The fleet uses stable CraigCat Tahiti boats, designed for shallow waters and close encounters with wildlife. Each boat includes water, and children under 16 get a discount. Drivers must be at least 16, passengers at least five.
This family-friendly tour offers a rare way to experience the nation’s largest estuarine preserve. Guides share stories of the Calusa Indians and the Rookery Bay Reserve. Dolphins often swim right alongside, creating amazing photo moments. With small groups, expert instruction and a focus on safety, these eco-adventures combine fun, education and unforgettable wildlife viewing. Reservations are available online or by phone.
